wow. i've been watching X-Games X for the past 2 days. itz really cool!!! amazing, gravity-defying stunts PLUS cute guys? it doesn't get much better than this. there are so many cool events, like did yu know tt there are different types of skateboard events? therez vert, street and my favourite, big air. they have like a couple of giant ramps and you basically have to clear it, with some cool stunts of cos. oh and the bmx bike dirt event is cool too, where there are those ramps made of dirt, 4 different types, so of cos yu hafta jump each one, and you can't just clear-jump it if you wanna get a good score, you hafta do a stunt each time.. sum guy just jumped right off his bike for a split second, it was so cool. i think bmx bike has the cutest guys, the silver medallist, chris doyle, is REALLY cute. haha. unfortunately, they're all soopa experienced, meaning tt they're prolly like 20-plus or so. now itz motocross freestyle, itz pretty cool but my favourite is still skateboard. woohoo! wow if i ever had a chance to watch the X-Games, i'd totally die.
i finally watched mulan fully last night. itz really cute and funny.. and the official-on-a-panda scene totally cracked my brother up! haha.
besides the X-Games, i also surfed everythinggirl.com yest. itz REALLY cool. it has links to the cool girl sites [where girls are defined as below-12-year-olds], and you rack up points by playing games on abovementioned sites. when you get a certain number of points, you get a charm, to put on your digital charm bracelet. funnn.. great way to waste time. rates second only to the sims.

pe khabs. so we went prom-dress-shopping. first stop: little india. we went to tekka straightaway cos we were too kenyang to eat lunch. there were just so many, i couldn't choose! acherli my personal favourite was this pure white 2-piece. it was really nice and simple, with like, minimal beads and stuff. but it looked really elegant anyway. it was only like, a hundred bucks i think. wowz. but i ended up getting this one from one of the celah-celah kedais. acherli we diden even pass by tt shop on our rounds, but we were at this other shop with the same pekedai, and he showed us his other shop, and we all fell in love with tt same baju, so i decided to get it. unfortunately, i'm fat so we had to get it altered, and so we went to tekka mall and rested our poor feet in the sub-zero atmosphere of bk, while having lunch as well. woohoo. finally i haf a dress. in a manner of speaking, anyway.
by the time we got to scotts we were just dying. but we persevered. perfect in black is quite a cool store but i kan't say the same for the people who work there. haha. pois, or whatever it is, has nice dresses, but will never ever be in my price range. anyway by tt time baba was losing hope so we went to far east. haha. we got a nice halterneck in one of the teeny shops in the back, on the second floor. very nice shop. it has cute oddities like sandals with lips, a bag in the shape of boobs [complete with bra], and a nice barbie bag. entah original ke bukan. we met min there. she'd just paid a deposit on a $129.90 jacket. giler, i say. anyway so we went home, and guess who we met while walking past scotts on our way to the mrt? batu!!!! i was like shocked. duh. who wouldn't be. kul 7 malam, batu's not exactly foremost in your mind, you know. anyway. i smiled at her. ha. she smiled back! haha. she was in a rush [also a red tshirt and three-quarter khakis] , i was so tempted to follow!!! wad if she was meeting burger? wowz. i was like, "eh baba kau pakai dress aku, aku pakai aku punyer, and fana can wear my top and jeans, and we kan follow her." but of cos, tak kuaser. anyway, it was the biggest surprise i had all day.
i had the most embarrassing incident of my life on the bus just now. but. i will not detail it here, since i REALLY don't want to be reminded of it EVER. but i came to one conclusion frm the incident: i prolly still like HIM if i can hallucinate like tt.

Here i am, killg time cos once again, i'm early n they're late. I forgot to mention tt study buddy was there yest. Aaaand.. Hez in hwa chong. Kesian, he prolly wanted to go rj tapi tak dpt. What a waste. For both of us. Haha. I bet hez in j1. He looks so young n cute n pink! Haha. Ok tmr marks d beginng of my puasa-fest, in a bid to clear my sins n puasa debts simultaneously. I'll also b watchg tv, readg d qur'an in english, n going to d library. Not to mention surfg n blogging.

well. despite the initial shittiness from buying room on the 3rd floor, itz been great otherwise. the songs are sooooo cool!!! so beach-boys-y.. yet still current. my favourite song is she left me. itz so sedih-sounding.. reflective.. the guitar is juz great. excellent. but i still love harry most!!! haha. one complaint though: itz too bloody short! the entire cd lasted like 40 minutes, including the hidden track. ohwellz. diharapkan they haf something longer next time. wait. next time? i must really like them, to be planning for a "next time".
as for the chalet, itz really nice of the rest of my family to be sourcing around for alternatives.. my dad.. and cik june.. wow.. i really diden expect all this support. but my sister secured the original one, for the 26th and the 27th. yayz. can't wait. i think alot of ppl will be gone, sebenarnyer.. but.. yu know.. we'll just have it anyway. i've never had my own chalet, this should be an experience.
studied at the airport today. why, you ask. i haf no idea. fana wanted to study and baba was coming too so i thought, what the heck, at least i might get to see samit, and decided to join them. for the record, i diden see samit, but thatz okay. i finished some mcq topics from the tys and i also did the jj04 chem p1, and i got a very morale-boosting 32/40. hehe.
was at wrl on sat. takder org interesting ah. buang maser je. haha. nolah. i got 2 MHCs and one CHC [carol higgins clark]. the MHCs were short stories, but enjoyable nevertheless. argh i love mary higgins clark so much! she is a GENIUS i say. this time it was my gal sunday and the anastasia syndrome. God, the anastasia syndrome was so freaky i couldn't sleep! this doctor in the story had the theory that anna anderson, the woman who claimed to be grand duchess anastasia, actually watched anastasia die, and the spirit/soul/whatever of anastasia entered her [anna] because she [anastasia] was a stubborn character and not content to leave the world yet. wow. what a freaky theory, and it was just so gripping. and the twist in iced [the CHC] was totally unexpected! [at least to me.]
why am i up this late? well sebenarnyer. i got home too late to catch that 70s show, so i'm waiting for the second telecast. ah. starworld rocks. always a second chance for the latecomers.

hey. itz been one disappointment after another today.
i bought room on the 3rd floor after wanting it for how long. itz really very nice. anyway, it was only after i left the shop and was sitting in mac's tt i realised the insert was torn. a whole chunk of the cover of the insert was torn. and this idiot typing this now diden realise! and the receipt clearly said tt goods were non refundable/returnable/exchangeable. so. suck it up, ain.
and i told my sister to book the chalet, but it turns out tt now she kan only book it two months in advance, cos she already booked the chalet for my brother's class in november. and i was like, "thatz so unfair! i asked you first!" but you know. itz too late, and stuff. anyway in another month there'll be nothing available, since december is QUITE the busy period. so, once again, suck it up, ain. i'm sorry to baba too cos we were supposed to share it.

i was listening to this thing on the radio. the dj was asking this religious guy questions tt listeners sent in about the stuff they wear, like whether itz acherli haram or not. and i found out quite alot of stuff. like guys cannot wear silk. but like, they can wear silk blends if the silk is not the predominant material used. guys also cannot wear any form of jewelry except for rings [as in, on the hand]. exceptions are like when the jewelry is needed larh, like dogtags on a soldier and an identifying bracelet on a patient. this, btw, means tt guys cannot pierce their ears and stuff. yeeps. and i've been totally encouraging it! hm. wat else. ohyah he said tt piercings on parts of body other than the ears are fine if itz part of the adats of your masyarakat, e.g. indian-muslim women can have pierced noses. otherwise, itz bad, especially if it memudharatkans you. hm and keeping long nails is makruh. oh and wearing coloured contacts is apparently wrong cos it alters God's creation [you] and fools people into thinking you look differently than you acherli do. howw? sayang seyy.

okay so econs was just terrible. but better than chem. only by THAT much though. which isn't good considering lee chee keong walked down the aisle saying, "eh, go home and STUDY for chem!" well. itz over, to say the least. hehz.
at first i thot i'd watch a movie with filza. but i changed my mind. espesh after seeing all the rj peeps at the bus stop. like, hilang selera. haha. but we went to orchard anyway. i thot maybe i'd get room on the 3rd floor instead. why at orchard? haha cos exfren was waiting for the bus also. anyway. takper.. ader lagi ceriter.. so filza asked, "where are you gonna get the cd? hmv or borders? if at borders then i'll go with you.." so i was like, okay cool borders, itz nearer anyway [to the bus stop]. so we went to borders. we diden reach the cd section for like half an hour or more cos we were checking out the front part, then the really cool stationery section. like wow. this bucket of 100 markers for only 14 bucks! ttz 14 cents a marker! or, assuming the bucket costs one dollar, itz 13 cents a marker! cool sia. and all these colourful books and bags you'll never know you need until yu see them. after that we walked on, and THEN we hung out at the kids section for eons, all the cool like build-your-own-solar-system and style-your-hair-with-barbie books, judy blume, eoin colfer, wow it was just soooooo cool. i am so gonna buy a bookstore when i become rich and famous. btw judy blume published a new fudge book in 2001! tak ku tahu. will hafta read it soon. then we checked out the calendars. i haf my eye on this cute powerpuff girls one. and this mini bad girls calendar. and the queer eye for a straight guy calendar. one of the guys is so hot!
finally. we got to the cd section. i found the cd, but it was like 24 bucks. sorry borders, but itz less than 20 bucks in the TM cd store. so i just listened to the tracks. sooooo nice.. i don't care what anyone says, i think they have this like, dulu-dulu style of music. amazing guitar work. really great music. i. love. mcfly. ohyah. i also checked out christina aguilera's stripped. sedap jugak eh. i would definitely buy it if i were a cd-buyer. i wanted to listen to ruben's soulful, tapi somehow they diden haf it in their database or sum shit. bodoh. i have not listened to a single ruben song on the radio, what a waste. then we looked thru the [minimal] collection of vcds, and started to leave [the cd area].
BUT. i saw this guy standing in the pop/rock section, checking out the cds. and i like, gasped, and gestured frantically to filza. --"filza isn't that..?" --"yah what's his name ah?" --"erm.. christopher.." well i think he noticed, cos we were like standing tercegat there, and my mind was racing trying to figure out what to do. he looked so good, in a black tshirt and pants and with a black bag, and just checking out the cds, ALONE! so i took a deep breath and i walked up to him [not tt far, like a couple of steps je, ttz how obvious i was!] and i sed, "sorry are you christopher?" and he SMILED. SMILED. and he sed, "yah.." so i put on my shameless mask and asked, "um, can i haf your autograph?" and he obliged! he put his bag down and i took out my qoo notebook and my dark blue pen and gave it to him and he started chatting to us as i was rummaging around my bag! ttz like, so friendly!!!
he was like, "wah you guys are from rjc.."
and we were like, haha yah and i was like, "you're frm ac rite?"
and he sed, "yah, but i dropped out lah.. haha i got retained after my first year.."
and i asked what secondary skl he was frm and he said queenstown sec!!! wowz.
and he was like, "so you guys having your 'a's this year?"
and we sed yah. and he asked about prelims: "so how?"
and filza was like, "ugh thank God itz over lah.." and he laughed and sed his friends were finishing tt day too..
finally he finished writing [ohyah he asked for my name to write, i forgot] and i thot he was gonna blah so i sed, "oh good luck.." and he said, "oh thanks and good luck for your 'A's too yah.." and i waited for him to blah but he like, paused and said, "actually i'm here to look for a song.." and he explained how he diden have any ideas of what to sing.. cos he wanted to do smthg different.. and i asked him what songs he liked to sing, and he said hez a ballads-kinda guy, and he mentioned how taufik is more of R&B or aperaper and "sly--sylvester--sings rock songs.." arghh he was actually conversing with me i kan't believe it.. and he said he was thinking of she will be loved, what did we think? i was like, "oh thatz such a nice sweet song!" and he asked, "but do u think it might be too monotonous?" and he proceeded to hum a few bars and filza sed, "yah i guess it works cos he has a unique voice.." and he agreed and sed ttz the problem with singing new songs, ppl tend to make comparisons.. oh i also sed how i loved his performance of your song and he was like, "haha that was bad.. the thing is, when everyone's screaming and screaming you can't really hear the music.." and i asked if he watched moulin rouge and he was like, "yah i loved it!" anyway we finally sed bye and i sed thanks to him again.

i can't believe i acherli TALKED to him. omg omg omg. i love him even more now, cos hez so nice and friendly!!! how can he be so nice? how? anyway i'd like to commend filza for being so nice and not leaving me there alone cos she really had to leave sebenarnyer.
-phew- that was a long one. so i took 518 and met sara in the bus. she was going to marche for a job interview. haha i forgot how.. exuberant she is. hehe. anyway i couldn't stop smiling all the way home. and we all know why.

i think i should start a dream diary, i have the weirdest dreams, but who knows they might someday be relevant? like i was reading this entry from 2 yrs ago or smthg which mentioned tt i had a dream abt isky. now i wish i'd written it down. maner tahu it might relate to the isky situation today. ohwellz. i'll start now.
i had the ODDEST dream about mugant last night. i mean, for one thing, i have never even seen him before, jangan katerkan mimpi. yah but it was petty cool ah. i would say it was one of the coolest dreams i've had, cos it had a celebrity in it. i don't think i've had a real live [?] celebrity guest-star in any of my dreams before. well ANYWAY it was about me choreographing a dance with missy elliot to one of her songs. i wasn't dancing, just choreographing. but guess who was dancing? mugant! i dun remember his face or anything but i know it was him cos everyone, including me, was calling him mugant. so. yes. and he was tall and dark. he was acherli one among a whole bunch of guys around his age.. they all appeared to be tall and slim and so i conclude tt it was just this group of hot guys dancing. cool eh? i was like, "mugant do this!" and "try that step again guys!" haha. ME! calling the shots!

there was this girl who came with like, 2 textbooks that said "macroeconomics". wow! i was like so awed. i dunno why. hebat sey. that means tt what i know of macroecons, she already internalised or smthg! haha.
not long after her, there was this meeting of like, a ladies club. okay, no. but they're like, mid-twenties, all impeccably dressed and made-up, and they all knew each other and wow they were just so cool and sophisticated and successful-looking! there were like, at least 18 of them. wow they really rock, i hope i look as cool as them when i'm older. [it seems kinda weird to say "when i grow up" now!]
oh and eee those annoying mj ppl came again. okay, they're not annoying per se, but they surrounded me just now! two of them sat on one side of me, another sat ALONE at a 6-ppl table infront of me, and the rest sat on the other side of me. heLLO! the place was EMPTY! why surround ME? how friggin' annoying right? and to make matters worse, they just wouldn't leave! so when i left at ten, they were like still there. yaaarrrggh. they had one saving grace though. one of them was short and cute and in sharp contrast to his physical appearance, he had a really nice deep voice. haha.
i met zahirah!!! at first i was like, no it kan't be her. she has long hair and she looks SO much taller and yah.. i dunno. but it WAS her rupernyer. haha.
why does shamo come to work everytime i'm studying alone? he can't come when i'm studying with fana? sheesh. then i always feel like laughing and itz really stupid to be laughing alone. so. yes. hez in sum ite. one with a white shirt and blue pants. hez sooooooo tall and he really reminds me of isky! oh and there was this really cute manjen who looks like a much-cuter andrew fang.. his frens were sending him off somewhere.. wowz. acherli even some of his friends were cute. great tans, funny shirts and all.
warh and ttz it. my 13-hr study day and itz more interesting points. alamak lapar ah.

heyya. watching AADC again! haha. itz such a nice chick flick.. ah, love it! i thot mebbe i'd get the vcd, but there wouldn't be any subtitles, and i kan't understand indonesian tt well. haha.
my sister has an aquarium [fishtank?] in her room. i was just there looking at the [4] fish. and 2 of them were shitting! those gross long strings are shit rite? ewww.
anyway i found someone who seems to be samit, in the acsi yrbk. hez the right age, and in the same class as tt bodyguard guy.. but his name looks vaguely muslim, even though hez not and his hairstyle is floppy not like it is now. eh but his uniform ratio is just right. so. i dunno if itz him or not. haha. yah anyway samit is not his real name, not even close, if the guy in the yrbook is really him. so no worries!
ohyah. maths paper. it was okay. haha. i finished 33 minutes early. very unnerving. i really feel like i missed out a question or did something like totally whacked-out wrong. but itz over now, ttz the most important thing. haha.
anyway i wanted to take samit's bus to the airport, then take a one-and-a-half hour route to skl, but my cramps were killing me so i just writhed around in pain at home. haha. the moment i reached the 92 bus stop it started raining like siao. i took the bus anyway. hard to believe tt the sun was shining brightly off the white walls less than an hour before that. haha. anyway yah luckily i had a brolly. but the rain was so heavy i got soaked anyway. me and my bag. haha. well out of sheer coincidence i was wearing slippers so overall takperlah. i met gill in skl, and we went into the nice, cold, and empty lt2 for some last-minute studying, with denise. hehe. then i went into the canteen to look for shaf [kind soul who lent me her calculator], and ivan screamed out my name. i was like wondering what was happening, then he sed he tore out haizad's and shirin's photos out of 8days and put it in his file, and did i want to see it? well. takkan nak ckp no. so he dragged me all the way to the table and took out his file. haha. on the other side was like OM and haresh and adam and hafiz. and they all turned to look at me. alamak buat malu sey. haresh was like smirking, i bet they told him i like OM. how kan i ever face him in the train again?
anyway i have more studying coming up tmr, bye!

the monday masala today is this british movie-musical called bollywood queen. a tad more overdramatised than actual bollywood movies, i think. but itz kwite cool, the girl is so pretty and in the movie shez only 19! cool. anyway itz a romeo & juliet-type plot. the girl's indian, but the guy's, well, NOT, and their families are garment-factory rivals. haha. anyway itz nice and the songs are a fusion of english and hindi.. cute.
okay tomorrow's maths then i get to go home and rest. woohoo. if i'm not malas maybe i can start on my research paper.

as usual, i spent the weekend resting. haha. anyway. let's see.. i watched mohabbatein again today! woohoo! i lurve jimmy shergill! hez soooooooooo sweet in the movie!!! sigh. anyway, itz 3 and a half hours long!!! my God. i wanted to die. i mean, i've watched it before, but not at one go, i think. haha. then i watched barbershop on star movies. itz kwite cool. funny and totally un-boring. and therez this cute guy called ricky. haha. there's barbershop 2, with kenan frm nickelodeon.. but i don't think star movies will have tt for at least another year.
oh my lemonade is finally in stock!!! i haven't had any fibre input for like a month, since it mysteriously disappeared from all supermarkets islandwide. now itz back, i can be my old healthy self again.. woohoo!

omg therez a new version of the sims!!! i LOVE the sims!!! but i haven't been playing for the LONGEST time cos.. i forgot why.. and i had such cool new outfits and faces and stuff!!! oh man i miss it.. but.. i think i better not reinstall it till 'A's are over. priorities, y'know. sigh. takper, sims, i'll get back to you guys soon! promise..
anyway. friends!!! this is samit.. i was a couple of minutes late today so i thot i missed his bus, but when i got onto the somewhat-fuller bus, he was there! and the guy next to him got down, and the seat next to him was the only one available, but i was #1: skared; #2: nak ambik gambar dier and it'd b too obvious if i was nx to him, and; #3: i'm ugly and he'd probably faint. anyway. yes. itz nice studying at the airport knowing i'm so close to him. too bad i had to leave early today. the dreaded tuition. still. i'll get money! personally, i think i deserve a hundred bucks just for getting thru the pri 5 boys unscathed. ohwell. non-pecuniary aspects do not seem to count for much in my wage determination, clearly.

yes. seeing samit this morning. i woke up at 6. tapi dunno why i was malas. so i asked my mom to wake me up again at 7. [in tt one hour of sleep i had this beyond-freaky dream about baba and 2 guys. one of the guys acherli exists, but the other one i've never met before. wow today was the exact opposite of yest!!! i studied and studied and studied until itz all coming out of my ears! the manjen skaterboi was there. hez really cute. and he was alone for a long time also, and these 2 cute little malay boys like, kept kacauing him. they sat at his table, and talked to him, and threw things under his table. and even though he looks so garang and everything, he acherli layaned them! it was soooo cute. as in, the boys, him, and basically the whole situation ah. i was like smiling to myself. haha. oooh and lisa came for lunch with her friends.. haha. she looked surprised to see me again. there were childcare kids also, but this time, they were really cute and lawar! i think they're like, anak expats.. lotz of beautiful, mixed faces and non-Singaporean names like Yuki, Elliot, Aidan.. Yuki was my fav [name]. wow. i'd love for my anak[s] to look liddat.

it was a nice day today. if yu overlook the fact tt i hadta wake up at 8. no, 745. man i hate waking up early. but i'll be doing tt for the next week ah.. i'm watching monsoon wedding again. it definitely rates as one of my all-time favourite movies. itz not draggy and looooong like certain hindi movies which will will remain unnamed. haha.
anyway. i woke up. then we went for breakfast at mac's. then we hung around for like 15 minutes at the top floor. i got a cute pair of earrings!!! they're colourful concentric hearts. is there such a thing? and they're abit senget, not perfect hearts. haha. stella paid for them, it was so nice of her. and then we watched the movie, face. it wasn't bad since both my brother and i closed my eyes whenever the threatening music came on, and then afterwards we asked, "aper? aper?" anyway it was equal parts hantu and murder mystery so it was okaylah. after tt my brother went off to the army open hse, and my mom kept looking at his friends.. protective, much? yah. the rest of us went jalan2ing. lego clikits has a whole new range of stuffs! therez a kit for a bag, one for this pink purse, and a couple for skl stuff like pencil cases, rulers etc. i wanna get all of those!!! espesh the stationery kit!!! imagine using a nice pink flowery ruler for maths 'a' levels! funn.. but no, i diden get any toys this time. haha. oooh and winx club has this amazing range of merchandise!!! they have really cool bags and even shoes for little kids.. and wow the bags are really nice.. but no, i din get any bags either. i did get a pair of indigo-wash jeans and a purple top from bossini. there were sum nice jeans at giordano, but they were amazingly low rise, and the waistbands like, were gaping at my so-called waist cos of my uniquely huge ass. i almost got a nice pair of butterfly sandals frm bata but they were like 48 bucks, after discount! takyah ah. so thatz all i got.
